The Project Loan facilities are available for financing of projects or business such as Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, purchase of Shophouses, Business, Bridging, Professional and a Bumiputera Special Scheme.

To finance constructions of housing estates and shophouses.

Minimum Loan	RM 100,000.00
Maximum Loan	Subject to project types and board approval
Financing Percentage	70% development cost
Repayment Period	3 Years (maximum)
Interest Rate	8.5 %

To finance the purchase of shoplots.

Minimum Loan	RM 10,000.00
Maximum Loan	RM 1,000,000.00
Financing Percentage	80% of the market value of the property
Repayment Period	25 Years
Interest Rate	8.0 %

To finance agriculture and animal husbandry projects/businesses.

Minimum Loan	RM 5,000.00
Maximum Loan	RM 250,000.00
Financing Percentage	60% of the market value of the property
