Refund

To our valued clients, you can now check and claim the REFUND for your loan/financing excess payment through Sabah Pay application by following these steps:


Step 1: Download Sabah Pay

Step 2: Register as a Sabah Pay user

Step 3: Click “Financing” and “Refund”

Step 4: Claim your refund

  • Fill in your IC number

  • Fill in your HP number and request for OTP will be sent to you.
    Please key in your OTP before proceeding to next step

  • Fill in your active bank account number

  • Submit your claim for refund
